Is there a fee for pick up and delivery if we are not located in San Antonio city limit, but we are located just on the outskirts of San Antonio, such as Bulverde? There is a fee if you are more than 10 miles out of the city limit.
What does no diagnostic fee mean?
That means we will not charge a customer to find out what is wrong with their computer.
What happens if you cannot fix the computer?
We will not charge the customer for anything.
If my hard drive is broken and it needs to be replaced, does that count as you not being able to fix the computer? No, because we can replace the hard drive and get your computer up and running. Any broken parts that need to be replaced do not count as being unable to fix the computer.
I noticed that you do not have a location posted so that I cannot drop off my computer and I do not feel comfortable having a technician come to my house to pick up the computer. Where would I go? We have an office off Bandera Rd. that any customer can go drop off their computer or we can have a technician meet you at a convenient place to have him/her pick up your computer.
You say that you do free pick up and delivery, but does that include you coming to my house and fixing a router, network, or any other services that need to be done at the house? We do not charge any fees to come to your house/business to do anything. We will only charge the service fee for the job done. All of that is included in the FREE pickup and delivery.
Does EP Techs provide parts along with the service as needed?
Yes we do! EP Techs will have parts available when needed for a customer. The technician may not have the part on them, but they will order the part and get it to you and install it within 4 days. The parts that we offer are much cheaper than any retail stores so there is no need to worry about expensive fees.
